Biography: Joseph Anton Feuchtmayer was born into a family of artists Wessobrunn, Bavaria. He established a workshop that produced most of the decorative work for the Lake Constance area. His Rococo style of sculpture was mostly commissioned by churches but also some secular clients. His most famous figure is titled Honey-Licking Putto and is located at the church of Neu-Birnau.
