Biography:
German painter, Jorg Ratgeb lived and worked in Swabia. His style was similar to that of Grunewald. Ratgeb’s most significant work of art was the Herrenberg Altarpeice, created in 1519. Ratgeb was executed at Pforzheim during the Peasant’s Revolt.
