Biography:
Louis Vivin took an interest in painting as a child. He worked in the Post Office until 1922 and began an artistic career. Three years later, Wilhelm Udhe discovered his work and helped him earn a reputation. Vivin painted genre scenes, flower pieces, hunting subjects, and Paris cityscapes.
